Marie Graftieaux (FR)

Marie Graftieaux is a French Berlin-based curator and co-director of the in- dependent exhibition space insitu. She graduated from „Contemporary art practices“ at Sorbonne-Paris IV (2005). Her work experiences include artists’ studio manager (since 2013), gallery manager at Galerija Gregor Podnar, Berlin (2008-2013), gallery assistant at Anton Kern Gallery, New York (2007), coordi- nation of the association of the National FRAC, France (2006) and coordination of educational service at Pompidou (2005). Since 2014, she is the co-director of the Project Space Festival Berlin (www.projectspacefestival-berlin.com), together with Nora Mayr and Lauren Reid. In 2012, she co-founded another independent art space called NuN, a room in her apartment dedicated to artists for one-night-only exhibitions.
Apart from her regular curatorial practice at insitu and at NuN, she has been curating serval exhibitions in Berlin; Lage Egal, Berlin (2011) and at Limbus Europea, Berlin (2010).  

Marie did portfolio reviews for Fall Session 2015.
