Manuel Wischnewski is a curator, writer and cultural producer. He is the founding director of Neue Berliner Räume, a Berlin based curatorialinitiative. His curatorial work includes projects for the Digital Art and Sound Weekend/transmediale 2011 and various galleries as well as collaborations with C/O Berlin and Hermann von Helmholtz-Zentrum für Kulturtechnik (Humboldt University of Berlin). His exhibitions have been featured in the programs of the International Literature Festival 2012, the Berlin Art Week 2012 and the Project Space Festival , Berlin 2014.

As a cultural producer he has exhibited collaborative work at KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Berlin. His texts have been published in mono.log #01 (mono.kultur), Revue Magazine, Shortlist Magazine and various catalogues and publications. He works and lives in Berlin.

Manuel was the PICTURE BERLIN Summer Session 2014 curator.
