Camilla M. Mecagni is an Italian-American photographer. She graduated in 2018 magna cum laude with a BA in art history and photography from the Lorenzo de’ Medici Instituto and Marist College, in Florence, IT. She has lived in Cairo, Washington D.C., Florence, London, the island of Elba and New York City. Her personal work consists of black and white and color 35mm narratives which concentrate on post World War Italian normalities from religion to daily life while also having her own commercial free-lance practice. Camilla’s largest project is a twelve-year series on her paternal grandparents. She currently resides and works in New York City.
