Myriam HACCOUN (FR/IS)

Myriam Haccoun, a native of Paris, France, studied at the National School of Art of Cergy. She moved from France to Israel at the age of 25 and studied at the Bezalel Academy of Art in Jerusalem, receiving her BFA in photography and video. She has worked with themes such as: home, roots, family memories, and anonymous, collective memories. She received grants from the Schlesinger Graduate Fellowship and the Alma School grant New York/Tel Aviv. Myriam has had numerous exhibitions in Israel and abroad. Myriam is currently teaching art and photography. She works and resides in Tel Aviv, Israel.
