Curator Teena Lange brings together six artists in pairs. The public square in front of Rathaus Neukölln will be set up to accommodate their various practices and choice of materials. A particular focus is the rapid gentrification and local diversity. The actions and performances are witnessed by the audience and passers-by. The challenge for the artists is to negotiate between collaboration, cooperation, and participation––among one another, public space, and the general public. This means that in their complex subtleties even not-knowing and non-production can bring new perspectives to conditioned responses and the presentations themselves.
