Carolina was born in a half-Italian, half-Lebanese family in Brazil, so food has always been a special subject for her.
She has a degree in architecture and in 2019 she decided to follow her passion and founded her Supper Club: The Onion Project. Carolina is interested in bringing people together around a table to encourage deep and honest connections – to food, to memories and to other people. She has been working on different gastronomy projects in Berlin and Brazil.
Carolina Paoletti, from The Onion Project, will be doing a food based workshop concentrating on smell, taste and story-telling for the Hybrid online Spring Session 2022.
