Felix Hoffmann (DE)

Felix Hoffmann is an art historian and art theorist, and is currently Chief Curator at C/O Berlin which is an institution focused on contemporary photography and New Media in Berlin and was founded as a privately financed exhibition hall in 2000, located in the center of the city. Felix is the initiator of C/O Berlin’s Talents program for young photographers and art critics, and has acted as curator for numerous international exhibitions (with other venues in Europe, partly developed with other museums), including Andres Serrano, Karl Lagerfeld, Martin Parr, Bettina Rheims, Robert Frank and Nan Goldin. He has also published numerous texts. He is responable for the exhibition program at C/O Berlin with around 15 to 20 exhibi- tions per year: Up to seven main exhibitions with well known artists, six emerging artists and up to seven smaller projects. Additionally, the exhibition program at C/O Berlin has it’s own lecture program for children and teens.
