Bill Berger (b. 1983) received his B.F.A. from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2006) and his M.F.A. in Photography at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2014). His work is concerned with the aesthetic and meditative qualities associated with perception, degradation, decay, and flaw. He lives and works in Champaign and Chicago, Illinois.
